Dave McEvoy is Professor and Chair of the Economics Department at Appalachian State University. Dr. McEvoy’s research is focused on issues related to global environmental problems and international environmental agreements. Dr. McEvoy holds graduate degrees in environmental and resource economics from University College London and the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. Dr. McEvoy is also an affiliate faculty member of the Ostrom Workshop at Indiana University.
